Established in 1948 by Isodore Goodman, Isgood Realty has long been an innovative, leading Real Estate brokerage firm in the Berkshires. Many of the marketing tools common throughout the county today started here. Isgood Realty was the first company to have multiple offices for client convenience, first to create a “book of homes,” and first to host Open Houses. For over 70 years of ever-changing markets, Isgood has stayed ahead of the curve and prospered. Why? Customer service. Integrity. Experience. Knowledge. The list goes on.
Isodore Goodman’s protégé, Richard “Dick” Krzynowek, has been with Isgood Realty since 1973 and was president of the firm and is retired. Now Managing Broker Eric Steuernagle energetically oversees the daily operations and is always available to trek across the hills of Berkshire County with his clients. “You’ve got to get out there to know what’s out there,” he says. You’ll find his enthusiasm matched only by his knowledge and integrity.
The Real Estate professionals at Isgood Realty have a detailed understanding of the Berkshires, including market conditions, land and property regulations, banks, financing, good schools, neighborhoods and local government. This knowledge is critical to smooth, successful home and property transactions.
